Organizzare un aperitivo di networking in occasione del World of coffee
In occasione del World of coffee, la manifestazione del caffè organizzata dalla Specialty coffee Association (SCA) a Milano nel mese di giugno, siamo stati contattati dell’azienda tedesca LIST + BEISLER GmbH operante nel mercato del caffè come produttore e importatore, nonché specializzata nell’offerta di caffè verde, per l’organizzazione di un aperitivo aziendale di networking, chiedendoci la fornitura della location e del catering.
La proposta di Smart Eventi
Lounge bar dall'Italian style design come location
Dopo alcune proposte di location, è stato scelto uno spazio in piazza Luigi Cadorna, un lounge bar per aperitivi ed eventi, dove è possibile organizzare esposizioni ed incontri esclusivi, caratterizzato da un design all’insegna dell’”italianità”.
Per il catering abbiamo richiesto un aperitivo che includesse un primo piatto accompagnato da una selezione di fingerfood a base di carne e pesce, il tutto accompagnato da vino bianco e rosso, birra e il tipico spritz immancabile in evento di questo genere.

Il cliente pienamente soddisfatto ci ha lasciato riscontri molti positivi, apprezzando in particolar modo la capacità di soddisfare rapidamente tutte le richieste e gli imprevisti dell’ultimo minuto.
